Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description :
1. Assist the CEO and Director of the company in responding to emails from the customer
2. Assist in sales by generating and following up on business leads
3. Identify potential customers, reach out to them with business proposal etc
4. Follow-up via emails and phone calls and assist with enquiries
5. Support client acquisition and retention by understanding customer requirements
6. Work closely with the Sales Support team in a fast-paced environment to execute sales activities
7. Performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and answering phone calls
Requirements :
1. No specific technical knowledge or skill is expected in this role . If have Technical knowledge of telecommunication equipment or IT will be an added advantage
2. Has to be driven, resourceful and collaborative
3. Diploma or Degree in electrical or electronics.
Working hours : Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm
