Assistant Vice President, Client Solutions

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose :

To be part of the Client Solutions team supporting capital raising and investor relation matters.

Your main duties and responsibilities are as follows :

• Support Keppel Fund Management's fundraising needs through close collaboration with the capital raising and fund product team(s)
• Coordinate and prepare materials for the quarterly / annual investor updates
• Lead in preparation of external marketing material and setting up and maintenance of data rooms for fund and / or corporate marketing materials
• Co-ordinate and address responses to investor queries, including due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), requests for proposals (RFPs) and other written materials as required
• Support investor events, including planning, coordinating, and attending such event, as well as ensuring follow-up actions are addressed and captured / recorded accurately and in a timely manner
• Draft monthly / quarterly reports to investors, where necessary, and ensure the timely delivery of reports
• Assist in analysis work for regular fund reporting purposes
