Job Purpose

The Wealth Planning & Trust Services Vice President / Director is responsible for leading the wealth structuring, estate planning, and trust advisory services. This role focuses on delivering bespoke solutions for high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, ensuring their wealth preservation, succession planning, and asset protection needs are met in a compliant and strategic manner. The incumbent will work closely with relationship managers, legal advisors, tax specialists, and fiduciary partners to provide holistic advisory services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Wealth Structuring & Estate Planning : Develop and implement tailored wealth planning strategies, including estate planning, tax optimization, philanthropy, and intergenerational wealth transfer.
• Trust & Fiduciary Services : Provide expert guidance on trust structures, family office solutions, and fiduciary arrangements that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Client Advisory : Partner with relationship managers to engage clients in in-depth discussions about wealth planning, ensuring a client-centric approach to structuring their assets.
• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory frameworks, trust laws, and fiduciary standards across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with internal and external legal, tax, and estate planning professionals to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Market & Industry Insights : Keep abreast of developments in wealth planning, estate laws, tax regulations, and fiduciary best practices to provide up-to-date advisory services.
• Training & Development : Educate internal teams on wealth planning and trust solutions to enhance their ability to provide informed client recommendations.
