Job descriptionPrepare quotations and handle customer enquiries (via phone & email only – no walk-in customers) Deliver professional customer service and maintain strong client relationships Liaise and negotiate with suppliers on product availability & pricing Source for products when needed, including from platforms such as Taobao, 1688, Pinduoduo etc Work closely with the warehouse team to arrange deliveries, returns, and stock availability Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive personality Good communication skills with a customer-first mindset Ability to multitask and work well under minimal supervision
