Job Summary :
The Sales, Marketing & Business Development Executive / Manager will play a key role in driving business growth through customer acquisition, market expansion, and strategic partnerships. This role involves identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and delivering innovative sales and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a motivated, results-driven professional with strong commercial acumen, who can manage the sales cycle, negotiate contracts, and build the company’s brand presence. Candidates with proven leadership experience may also lead a sales team and oversee overall business development performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales pitches to secure business deals.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close profitable agreements.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Marketing & Brand Development
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) to strengthen brand awareness.Collaborate with internal teams to create sales collateral, promotional materials, and social media content.Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, making recommendations for improvement.Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.Business Development & Strategy
Identify and evaluate new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.Build strategic alliances with distributors, corporate clients, and industry partners.Contribute to pricing strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market plans.Provide market feedback to support product development and innovation.Prepare regular business development reports and strategic recommendations for management.Leadership (Manager Level)
Manage and mentor junior sales and marketing staff.Drive team performance by setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.Preferred Attributes
Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry.Established client network and strong industry connections.Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Knowledge of digital marketing tools (CRM, social media, SEO / SEM, email campaigns).Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.At least 5 years of proven sales, marketing, or business development experience.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Leadership and team management experience (for managerial role).How to Apply :
