Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role

Support the optimization of operational processes through documentation and analysis.
Manage and refine Generative AI prompt engineering.
Oversee project tracking, reporting, and communication.
Facilitate seamless collaboration between operations and technology teams for project execution.

Job Responsibility

Map and identify areas for improvement to current operational workflows and procedures.

Develop, test, and maintain a library of effective Generative AI prompts.

Track project progress against timelines and milestones.

Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders.

Act as a liaison between operation and technology teams.

Assist in the implementation and adoption of new technologies and processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, FinTech Specialised, Project Management, Business, or related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Interest in Generative AI and process improvement.

Familiarity with project management principles (advantageous).
