Job descriptionAnnual leave, medical leave, and comprehensive medical insurance coverage Variable bonus based on performance Learning and development opportunities to support career growth Employee referral rewards and access to the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Opportunities for global and regional networking Supportive team culture and a pleasant working environment Lead project planning, resource allocation, and execution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communications Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims, reports, and project documentation Manage contracts, variation orders (VO), and procurement processes Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation plans Drive HSEQ compliance and cultivate a strong safety culture on-site Coach and develop team members while ensuring adherence to company HR policies Oversee project handover from tender to completion, including final accounts Possess a professional degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; experience in ground improvement projects is a plus Knowledge of construction law and contracts is advantageous Must hold either “Construction Safety Course for Project Managers” or “Supervise Construction Work for WSH” certification Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Comfortable working primarily on construction sites in outdoor conditions

- Our client, a global leader in geotechnical engineering, is seeking a Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. You will be responsible for driving project performance, managing teams, ensuring HSEQ compliance, and working closely with clients, contractors, and vendors to meet project goals.
