Overview
- Our client, a global leader in geotechnical engineering, is seeking a Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. You will be responsible for driving project performance, managing teams, ensuring HSEQ compliance, and working closely with clients, contractors, and vendors to meet project goals.

Lead project planning, resource allocation, and execution to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveryServe as the main point of contact for all project-related communicationsEnsure accurate and timely submission of claims, reports, and project documentationManage contracts, variation orders (VO), and procurement processesProactively identify project risks and implement mitigation plansDrive HSEQ compliance and cultivate a strong safety culture on-siteCoach and develop team members while ensuring adherence to company HR policiesOversee project handover from tender to completion, including final accountsRequirements :
Possess a professional degree in Civil or Geotechnical EngineeringMinimum 5 years of relevant experience; experience in ground improvement projects is a plusKnowledge of construction law and contracts is advantageousMust hold either “Construction Safety Course for Project Managers” or “Supervise Construction Work for WSH” certificationProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Comfortable working primarily on construction sites in outdoor conditionsWorking Schedule : 5.5 days, Mon–Fri, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM; Alt Sat, 8 : 30 AM – 12 : 30 PM
