Manage and mentor the design team, including junior engineersLiaise with clients and stakeholders on technical requirementsEnsure designs meet regulations, codes, and best practicesReview and deliver accurate, timely design outputsResolve technical issues and improve future project outcomesEngage in industry groups and contribute to technical knowledgeDevelop and promote "Design & Build" geotechnical solutionsConduct site visits to support training, quality, and complianceRequirements :
Possess at least a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil EngineeringProven geotechnical design experience with strong problem-solving skillsPrior relevant experience in SingaporeProficiency in geotechnical software such as Plaxis, GeoStudio, Settle3, etc.Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am to 6 : 00pm
Working Location : Island-wide
