Shipping Documentation & Admin
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage shipping documents such as,
Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists, insurance, and
Certificates of Origin (Chambers of Commerce)
Preparing the sales contracts & Proforma invoicesEnsure relevant documents are submitted accordinglyHandle emails to correspond with suppliers / customersCoordination with service providers and related internal departments regarding shipmentsLiaise with shipping teams on orders and shipping documentationOther admin / data entry work as and when requiredQualifications
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, e-mail writing is essentialMeticulous, has initiative, positive attitudeExperience in Shipping (Import / Export) is preferredAbility to work independently.Job Type : Full-time
Experience :
Clerical experience : 1 year (Preferred)Shipping documentation : 1 year (Preferred)Important Note :
