Job descriptionMin 5 years of relevant experience with 2 years in managerial role, preferably in the F&B industry A positive work attitude and willingness to learn and contribute Good interpersonal and communication skills Self-driven and highly-motivated High degree of commitment and a good team player Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Have initiative, independent and well-organised Strong decision-making skills Able to think, plan, and execute autonomously
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- To conduct audit & ensure that staff / supervisor adhere to company's SOP
- To maintain good relationship with the stall tenant
- To review and feedback on servicing carried out by vendors
- To conduct weekly check on cleanliness of the coffee shop
- To manage coffee shops in a designated region
- To conduct exit interview
