Job Description :
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, utensils, and service counters.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with courtesy.
- Assist in food preparation, packaging, and presentation when needed.
- Operate cash registers or POS systems, handle payments, and issue receipts.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Replenish condiments, utensils, and other dining essentials as needed.
- Support other team members and perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements :
Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred but not required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Tell employers what skills you have
