Technical Operator

Roles & Responsibilities

We’re looking to add Technical Operators in GES , Marsiling.

As a Technical Operator, you will :

• Assemble and test sub-assemblies and final products.
• Support troubleshooting with technicians and engineers.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and safety standards.
• Maintain tools, jigs, and perform routine checks (e.g., torque, gap tools).
• Keep work area organized and audit-ready (5S).
• Assist with ECOs, process improvements, and equipment issues.
• Support packing, inventory counts, and urgent production needs.
• Help train team members and ensure production targets are met.
• Follow all company policies, including Health & Safety.
