Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Director to lead our business growth initiatives and expand our market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the company’s overall sales and partnership strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee client acquisition and relationship management activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored business proposals and solutions.
- Prepare and present business performance reports to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
Requirements :
