We are a small but professional non-profit that takes pride in running our operations well, so that every program we deliver makes a real impact.

The Role

We’re hiring an Executive & Communications Assistant to support our Managing Director. This is a key role ensuring that calendars, meetings, and projects are well-managed, and that communications with partners and stakeholders are professional and timely.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the Managing Director’s schedule, meetings, and follow-ups
• Draft and edit documents, presentations, and newsletters
• Organize office meetings and events
• Be the first point of contact for partners and stakeholders
• Assist with reports, projects, donor-related tasks, and presentations
