A Regional bank with full

bank license and a strong presence across the ASEAN market and

beyond. They have 2 approved headcounts in the Corporate Banking RM

Team - 1) RM and 2) Senior

RM.

about the

job

Building and

maintaining a portfolio of corporate clients by identifying

opportunities, selling and cross-selling, and recommending /

structuring appropriate corporate banking solutions

Prepare credit applications, perform annual reviews and

credit monitoring, covenant tracking and staying compliant to

regulations and bank policies, and handling credit-related

matters

Reviewing of loans and trade

facilities and terms and conditions of the deals, assessing risk,

assigned rating and if the deal aligns with bank policy, regulatory

requirements and overall strategy

Ensure that

in the entire process of loan syndication, covenants are in

order

Generate system and process improvements

for the business

Market research to keep

updated on industry and market trends

Liaising

with other departments such as Credit Risk / Credit Admin to follow

through on transactions

Conduct KYC / due

diligence

about the

manager / team

You'll be part of a

skills and

experience

Degree

holder in Accounting, Business, Banking & Finance and

Economics

RM : At

least 3 years of Corporate Banking experience as an RM / ARM / Credit

Analyst

Senior

RM : At least 5-8 years of experience as an

RM

Knowledge in Corporate banking products

such as Bilateral and Trade Finance

Strong in

Credit Analysis
