Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Lead executive management of fund operations covering trading ops, treasury, cash management, reconciliations, and risk controls.
  • Oversee regulatory / compliance filings, management reporting, and coordination with banks, brokers, auditors and service providers.
  • Drive business development and partnerships; plan Singapore headcount growth and mentor local PMETs.
  • Direct onboarding and due-diligence of vendors / exchanges; implement internal policies and documentation to ensure strong governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
  • 1–3 years’ experience in operations / finance / investments; strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
  • Bonus : Mandarin / Chinese proficiency for APAC counterparties.

    • Employment Type : Full-time, Permanent

    Work Location : Singapore

    Salary (fixed monthly) : S$8,000 – S$9,000

    Working Hours : Mon–Fri
