Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• greet and lead the guests to their seats
• serve food & beverage according to the guests orders efficiently
• assist in table set-up and proper handling of equipment
• monitor the quality of all food & beverage items served
• present the menu, make recommendations and push restaurant sales
• attend to the guest complaints and refer the issues to superior so that service recovery can be done immediately.
