As a Guest Service Crew member, you’ll be the heart of the Onsen experience — making every guest feel welcomed, relaxed, and well taken care of.

What You'll Do :

• Greet guests with a warm smile and assist them throughout their visit
• Ensure all guests have valid entry tags before entering the Onsen
• Maintain presentation standards : Fold Yukata, Obi, and towels neatly to company standard
• Keep the dressing areas and Onsen counter tidy and well-stocked
• Reset shower areas, wipe floors, and maintain overall cleanliness
• Educate guests on spa etiquette and proper use of facilities
• Monitor guest safety and ensure house rules are followed
• Handle laundry items and track towel inventory
• Support housekeeping and upkeep of service areas
