Job description

Key Responsibilities

Pre‑operative assessment : review patient history, allergies; prepare OT and anaesthesia kits
Assist with induction & maintenance of anaesthesia; monitor vitals intra‑op
Post-op recovery support — transfer, monitor, liaise with PACU / surgical teams
Maintain sterility, manage instrument / equipment counts & disposables
Document care accurately, manage drug stocks and controlled substances
Provide leadership : mentor junior staff & uphold infection control standards

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Nursing (SNB-accredited); SNB-registered

At least 2 years' OR / AU experience (scrub nurse experience a plus)
