Central Kitchen Manager
Salary Range : SGD 4500 - SGD 5000
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and lead the overall operations of the central kitchen to ensure food production meets the quality, safety, and efficiency standards of all outlets.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve kitchen productivity, workflow, and cost efficiency.
- Manage manpower planning, recruitment, training, and performance appraisals of the central kitchen team.
- Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff to improve skills and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations in accordance with SFA and NEA standards.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and outlet teams to align supply chain and production planning.
- Liaise regularly with company leadership and provide detailed progress reports and improvement plans.
- Undertake any other managerial responsibilities as assigned by the Company.
Requirements :
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in food production, preferably in a central kitchen or F&B environment.Strong familiarity with Chinese cuisine, including preparation standards and ingredient handling.Demonstrated problem-solving skills in addressing day-to-day operational challenges.Mandarin-speaking working environment.Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts based on operational needs.
