Job descriptionAssist with the preparation of daily meals, including washing, peeling, slicing, and cutting ingredients Support the cook with the preparation for breakfast and lunch dishes Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including dishes, utensils, and workstations Ensure food storage and kitchen hygiene meet food safety standards Assist with delivery unloading and proper inventory placement Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a nursing home or hospital kitchen preferred Must possess a valid Certificate in Food Hygiene Audit Comfortable working in a multicultural team and following kitchen safety protocols
