What we're looking for
P roactive Customer Care - Possess strong customer service skills with fluent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling positive interactions and professional handling of residents’ needs and concerns.
E ducational Qualification - GCE ‘O’ level or related field.
E xperience - 1 year of relevant experience in the service industry or residential development will be an added advantage with proficient in Computer Skill such MS Office
R esponsibility & Detail-Oriented - Possesses the ability to multi-task and work independently, with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to completing tasks efficiently.
