Clinic Supervisors are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a healthcare facility, ensuring high-quality patient care and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and management of staff to ensure effective team supervision.
- Implementation of policies and procedures to optimize clinic operations, including inventory and supply chain management.
- Adherence to patient confidentiality and accurate record-keeping practices.
- Frontline services and operational duties during peak hours or staffing shortages.
Requirements
Relevant qualifications such as NITEC / Higher NITEC / GCE 'N' or 'O' level with 3 years of experience in outpatient GP clinics, preferably with supervisory / management experience.Advanced knowledge of government insurance schemes and subsidies, MOH regulatory requirements, and clinic management applications.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, and ability to deliver customer-focused service.
