Job descriptionCommunication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees and management. Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain organized records, and meet deadlines. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address workplace issues effectively. Emotional Intelligence : Empathy and understanding to handle sensitive employee situations. Knowledge of Employment Law : Understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding : Source, screen, and interview candidates; coordinate job offers; facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Employee Relations : Handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary procedures; conduct investigations and recommend resolutions.
- Compensation & Benefits : Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement, leave); assist with payroll processing and ensure timely payments.
- Training & Development : Support the development and implementation of employee training programs.
- Performance Management : Assist with performance evaluations and develop performance improvement plans.
- Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance data.
