Nium’s Global Legal Team works at the intersection of financial technology and the law. Our work helps Nium build delightful and innovative products, understand and manage risks, and creatively navigate complexity and challenges, both external and internal.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join our Commercial Legal Team . This role will focus on supporting attorneys in reviewing, drafting, and managing customer and vendor contracts, maintaining documentation and records, and assisting with legal operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems , DocuSign , and other legal technology tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic legal team on globally impactful products and services. You will help to build legal infrastructure across the team and shape how legal support and services are provided to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Review & Drafting :

• Assist in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating customer and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Prepare contract summaries, redlines, and revisions based on attorney guidance.
• Support the commercial legal team in standardizing templates and maintaining contract playbooks.
