Job descriptionDiploma in Hospitality or equivalent. At least 2 years of front-facing service or concierge experience. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Professional with a service-oriented mindset.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome members and assist with all enquiries and bookings.
- Coordinate facility reservations, events, and partner services.
- Handle day-to-day concierge duties including email and phone enquiries.
- Support the planning and execution of members-only events.
- Maintain high service standards and update member records.
