Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Sales and distributor management for selected few ASEAN countries, example, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia,etc.
- Managing direct sales, budget, built customers and distributor accounts. Support spec-in, clarify technical queries with customers and offering solutions to customers
- Key accounts updates against target, project pipeline, AR and sales forecast while identify new market opportunities
- Ownership of CRM, constantly and gathering competitor pricing level, managing selling price and margins, identify opportunities in projects, and follow-up on projects until completion with factory and customer
- Feedback to management on product and site issues and manage customer expectations, be the first contact
- Ensure high levels of customer service are met by anticipating and even exceeding customer expectations. Insist upon highest possible standards of quality, technology and service aiming at client idealization
- Stay abreast of current and future industry trends and promote the company and its interests at all times throughout the country
- Ensure competence and compliance management of the functional team and sustainable implementation and application of competencies
- Introduction of tools and methods for more efficient Performance, sup- ported by tools and best practices from the Group, while collaborating in the global team for success
- Manage the company's resources to achieve sales and profit targets in line with the approved annual business plan, respective budget and subsequent forecasts
- Ensure that the company’s policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times
- Communicate and maintain trust relationships with business partners, customers, peers and authorities
Requirements :
Engineering Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Business of relevant fieldA minimum of 3-year proven experience in a regional sales management capacity, gained in the commercial function of a technically oriented company, ideally in the Extruders and Ancillary Equipment businessDemonstrable experience in developing sales and implementing strategies, business plans and targets for Asia market, which are agile towards the market changes and forces, as well result in business and profit growthA clear understanding of sales – in terms of customer focus, market under- standing, organization, structure, processes and methodologiesExperienced hands-on people management, meet the customerLead and motivate teams in an innovative and sales-focused environmentAbility to influence, change and convince stakeholders, peers and customersFrom Chemical, Petrochemical, Plastic / Polymers, Food, Plastic Recycling industriesFluent in English and preferably another Asian language too to liaise with customersInterested individuals fulfilling the above criteria should send their updated resumes in MS WORD DOCUMENT to Ms. Tan Shui Li, Katharine (Chen Ruili) (R1660568).
