Manager, Special Projects - IB VOGT (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

The Manager, Special Projects is responsible for driving and executing special projects for the business across APAC, including process optimization and introduction of AI tools as well as supporting in the facilitation of communications between the Group Board in Berlin HQ and the APAC region managed through ib vogt (Singapore) Pte Ltd.

• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for process improvements and AI initiatives.
• Partner with IT, data, and business teams to ensure seamless integration of new tools.
• Drive the introduction and adoption of AI tools to improve efficiency, decision-making, and automation
• Stay current on emerging technologies, AI trends, and best practices in process optimization.
• Act as a point of contact (POC) for Board level in headquarter Berlin for APAC region.
• Communicate and report to Board level in headquarter Berlin on areas of operations in APAC region.
• Research and write reports and other correspondence to facilitate communication for the Board level.
• Prepare communication and meeting materials and slides.
• Streamlining of processes between Berlin HQ and APAC region
• Communicating upcoming transactions and work packages to Berlin HQ.
• Any ad-hoc task assigned by line manager and or management of the company.
