• Responsible for full set of accounts of a few operational entities, including management accounts, tax matters, GST and cash management, planning, budgeting and forecasting, and liaising with various business stakeholders including outsourced shared service providers
• Preparation of periodic accounting entries, payments and receipts, as well as monthly / yearly GL closings
• Analyse financial results and identify improvement opportunities in internal controls, processes, policies and procedures
• Deal with internal and other stakeholders including tax agents, corporate secretaries, auditors and / or trustee of the REIT’s entities
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting, tax, statutory and regulatory requirements
• Other ad-hoc projects, duties and responsibilities as required by management
