Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent frontline customer service and meticulous administrative support to the Outpatient Services
- Customer registration, appointment scheduling and reminders, collection of payment / deposits
- Respond to customer requests and enquiries
- Regularly update general patient records
- Undertake general reception and other adhoc clerical duties as assigned
Requirements :
GCE N’ Level or ITE Certificate holders are welcome to applyPrior customer service experience in relevant healthcare settings would be an added advantageExcellent communication and telephone skillsAbility to communicate in vernacular languages is an asset (in order to liaise with vernacular speaking associates / patients)Must be able to work under pressure, multitask and meet tight deadlinesAble to work in a fast paced environmentTell employers what skills you have
