Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Technology Business Associate / Partner to support the effective use of technology across the Group, with a focus on HR systems and digital tools that keep our business running smoothly. This is an individual contributor role - ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with systems, and supporting teams to get the most out of technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day administration and maintenance of key HR tech platforms (ATS, HRIS, performance management, L&D) and other internal systems
- Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors, and provide timely support to users across the business
- Assist in system integrations, process automation, and workflow improvements to make work more efficient for different teams
- Help build reports and dashboards to provide useful workforce insights (e.g. headcount, L&D progress, hiring metrics)
- Ensure data entered into systems is accurate and up-to-date, following internal policies and compliance guidelines (e.g. PDPA)
- Support vendor coordination, system testing, and user training to improve adoption and confidence in using the tools
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Business, or related fieldMinimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience with HR systems or business technology toolsGood proficiency in automation, integrations, and learning new tech platformsStrong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skillsTeam player who enjoys working with different stakeholders to solve practical issuesKnowledge of data privacy or labour law compliance is an advantage, but not requiredFluent in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese stakeholders overseasWe’re looking for someone practical, curious, and hands-on —keen to grow their skills while supporting the company in making better use of technology.
