Technology Business Associate / Partner [HR Tech]

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Technology Business Associate / Partner to support the effective use of technology across the Group, with a focus on HR systems and digital tools that keep our business running smoothly. This is an individual contributor role - ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with systems, and supporting teams to get the most out of technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day administration and maintenance of key HR tech platforms (ATS, HRIS, performance management, L&D) and other internal systems
• Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors, and provide timely support to users across the business
• Assist in system integrations, process automation, and workflow improvements to make work more efficient for different teams
• Help build reports and dashboards to provide useful workforce insights (e.g. headcount, L&D progress, hiring metrics)
• Ensure data entered into systems is accurate and up-to-date, following internal policies and compliance guidelines (e.g. PDPA)
• Support vendor coordination, system testing, and user training to improve adoption and confidence in using the tools
