sales coordination ,
administrative support , and
digital enablement , and is critical to
ensuring smooth backend operations while contributing to business
development in the corporate and commercial construction
sector.

Key
Responsibilities
Sales
Support
Monitor tender portals (e.g., GeBIZ) and identify
relevant opportunities.
Coordinate with the
Project Manager for timely tender submissions.
Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and supporting
documents for bids.
Maintain organized records
of client communications, contracts, and sales
activities.
Represent the company at meetings,
briefings, and industry events to build
relationships.
Project
& Operations
Support
Handle general office administration and procurement
tasks.
Manage stock and ensure efficient
deployment of equipment to customer sites.
Act
as the primary point of contact for vendors and
suppliers.
Support project handovers by
liaising with operations and site
teams.
General
Finance
Support
Assist with invoice preparation, payment follow-ups, and
expense tracking.
Coordinate with external
Accountant and HR provider for payroll and compliance
matters.
Digital
& IT
Enablement
Support ERP system implementation and train staff on
system usage.
Provide basic IT support for
office systems and software.
Assist in
implementing digital workflows to improve efficiency and
reporting.
What

and stakeholders effectively.
Professional and
confident in engaging both internal teams and external
clients.
Willingness to learn and adopt
digital tools in a Microsoft-centric environment.
Healthcare sector experience will be an
advantage.
Experience in
surveillance and access control
industry will be an advantage.
Prior
experience in sales coordination ,
project administration, ERP is an
advantage but not
mandatory.
