Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues, either on-site or remotely.
• Manage common technical matters such as password resets, email access, and virus checks.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware problems (e.g., desktops, laptops, printers).
• Escalate more complex issues to the IT department or vendors when required.
• Assist in maintaining IT equipment inventory and preparing simple reports.
• Perform other IT support tasks as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations.
