Roles & Responsibilities
Tender :
- Track and manage all tender documents, drawings, and corrigenda in accordance with document control procedures.
- Review tender drawings and details, and prepare tender enquiries accordingly.
- Support the team in calling for quotations, evaluating vendors / subcontractors, and distributing relevant tender documents.
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs for tender projects within set deadlines.
- Assist in tender evaluation and preparation of final submission documents.
- Ensure all documentary evidence and records are properly compiled, filed, and maintained for substantiation purposes.
- Able to read and interpret M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) drawings.
Execution :
Conduct site verification for variation works and maintain records for claim submissions.Assist the Project Manager or designated staff in evaluating and certifying completed works.Support the verification of subcontractor claims.Prepare and monitor the progress of claim submissions and payment follow-ups (under the direction of the Contract Manager).Track and report on all active orders and their remaining balances.Requirements :
