Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Working Location : North

Working Hours : Monday to Friday Office Hours

Hourly Salary : $13.60 per hour

Work Period : Immediate for period of 3 Months (subject to further extension based on performance)

No prior experience required

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with handling incoming enquiries over the phone.
  • NO SALES INVOLVED
  • TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED

Requirements :

  • GCE A Level and above
  • Proficient in English and a second language so as to converse effectively with different groups of customers
  • Excellent team player who is task-orientated
  • Possess Good Customer Service Skills
