Senior Associate / Associate Executive, Human Resource (Shared Services)
Salary : $2500 - $2900
Job Scope :
- Contribute to HR Payment Team in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of HR related payment / reimbursement / manpower billing / honorarium processing for all the institutions and departments
- Ensure that the assigned service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
- Execute the HR processing and ensure the services are delivered in line with policies and relevant Legislation requirement.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders (e.g. internal Group Shared Services cross teams, department admin and various institutions business partners).
- Propose appropriate improvements for work processes to raise the overall employee experience and efficiency.
- Perform any other assigned duties / projects.
