Job Description
Provide support to the Director in the day to day running operations and ensuring smooth execution of the job order.Oversee daily operational functions with good manpower planning.Conduct daily meetings and disseminate announcements to drivers.Schedule projects and ensure assignments are carried out as planned.Advise management on any matters relating to asset vehicles and driversTake charge and resolve operational ground issues when the need arisesManage inventory as well as warehouse, transportation and other logistics processes.Ensure continuous improvements of operational efficiency, identify potential cost saving opportunity, increase productivity and efficiency.Communicate with sales team ensure the highest standard of delivered service to customers with quality equipment and competent manpower.Job requirements :
Good communication skills with excellent command in written and verbal, preferable bilingual to liaison with Chinese speaking associate.Minimum 5 years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations.Strong People Management Skill with at least 3 years in leadership role.Creative, organized, solutions-oriented, expert multi-tasker, self-motivated, and thrives in high pressure and fast-paced environmentEmployee Benefits :
