Roles & Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about airfreight services, rates, schedules, and documentation.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient shipment processing.
• Assist customers with bookings, pickups, and tracking their shipments.
• Address and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Ensure adherence to airfreight regulations and customs requirements.
• Update shipment milestones promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and shipment details.
• Collaborate with the operations team to enhance processes and service quality.
• Keep customers informed of any shipment delays or changes.
