Roles & Responsibilities

Vehicle Operation : Safely drive the bus on scheduled routes, charters, and ad hoc assignments, ensuring punctual pick-ups and drop-offs.

Pre- and Post-Trip Checks : Conduct inspections to ensure the bus is roadworthy and clean before and after trips.

Passenger Assistance : Provide courteous assistance to passengers, especially the elderly and children, and help maintain passenger discipline.

Safety and Compliance : Adhere to traffic regulations, company policies, and Land Transport Authority (LTA) rules.

Reporting : Promptly report incidents, accidents, or vehicle defects to the operations team or control center.

Record Keeping : Maintain accurate trip logs and other required records.

Coordination : Work with dispatchers, operations supervisors, and clients for smooth operations.
