Oversee food preparation, checking that
all kitchen staff are performing their duties.
Ensured that the production meet health, sanitation, and
quality standards set by the company.
Work
with staff in areas of cleaning kitchen equipment and preventing
damage and injury.
Work with the cntral
kitchen staff to ensure that central kitchen runs effectively, and
have to be experts at ensuring food quality and maintaining kitchen
equipment.
Monitor equipments quality and make
sure the the equipments are runing in good
conditions.
