1. Prepare meeting minutes and facilitate meeting.
2. Prepare executive management report.
3. Update consolidated project timeline.
4. Support daily PMO task and activities assigned.
Requirement :
1. Degree holder with more than 8 years of relevant working experience.
2. Experience and strong in preparation of Meeting minutes and able to facilitate meeting.
3. Experience and strong in preparation of Executive Management report
4. Strong written and verbal communication
5. Take initiative, keen to learn and take up any assignment.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, Sharepoint and MS Teams
7. Hands on and creative problem-solving skills
