Roles & Responsibilities

  • Jobscope :

    • Record and verify staff overtime hours based on manager schedules and submit for approval.
    • Prepare simple management reports, such as monthly overtime summaries and admin supply usage.
    • Manage distribution of uniforms and kitchen shoes to new staff, ensuring adequate stock levels.
    • Place replenishment orders for uniforms, kitchen shoes, and other operational supplies.
    • Support managers in processing goods receipt (GR) in the internal system.
    • Prepare operational documents, including laminated signage, delivery orders (DO), and other admin materials.
    • Coordinate with HR on staff onboarding, documentation, transfers, and resignations.
    • Distribute internal communications such as memos or announcements to kitchen staff.
    • Monitor and maintain office and administrative supplies for the kitchen.
    • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager or immediate supervisor.
