Roles & Responsibilities
Job Scope
1. Attend to enquiries through the phone, whatapp and online.
2. Preparation of quotations, invoices and delivery orders for customers
3. Provide admin support to admin team
4. Handling of orders and payment processing
5. Processing of online orders
Requirements
1) At least O level / Diploma holder
2) 1 to 2 years of admin working experiences
3) Good interpersonal and communicate skills (oral and written)
4) Must uphold strong code of work ethnics and confidentiality of information
5) Detailed and meticulous
6) Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
