Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform monthly stock take and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
• Configure surveillance devices, carry out firmware updates, and maintain update logs.
• Monitor and manage stock locations within the warehouse.
• Record and track serial numbers for all incoming shipments.
• Prepare, document, and issue equipment for deployment.
• Maintain optimal stock levels to support projects and operational needs.
• Conduct basic testing and troubleshooting of faulty items.
• Package and prepare items for delivery to clients or projects.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against delivery orders.
• Manage and update records in the Auto Count inventory system.
• Support general documentation, reporting, and other supply chain tasks.
