Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily team operations and activities to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to handle both new and existing customers effectively.
• Implement new operational requirements as introduced by airlines or terminal authorities.
• Address and resolve escalations from customers, internal stakeholders, or ground handling teams promptly.
• Plan and manage manpower allocation to meet operational needs.
• Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance team workflow and processes.
