Responsibilities :

• Thematic Analysis : Conduct in-depth sector analysis through desktop research and expert interviews to identify potential investment targets and present actionable conclusions to the Investment Committee.
• Financial Analysis, Due Diligence, and Deal Execution : Lead end-to-end evaluation of investment opportunities, including financial modelling, due diligence, management meetings, legal negotiations, and presentations to the Investment Committee.
• Portfolio Management : Collaborate with senior investment professionals to monitor portfolio company performance, support strategic growth initiatives, and manage portfolio exits.
