Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our government sector client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of of existing processes and systems. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders and requires strong analytical skills. The candidate must be a competent negotiator, demonstrates resiliency, good at problem solving and able to engage & influence effectively to stakeholders. It is also required to be adaptable to change in an agile and volatile environment while taking ownership and deliver works with integrity.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- UAT Management : Oversee and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for hotfixes and Business As Usual (BAU) releases, ensuring all changes meet quality standards before deployment.
- API Error Message & Flow Review : Collaborate with Business Analysts (BAs) to review and enhance API error messages and workflows, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in communication.
- Cluster Service Onboarding : Manage the onboarding process for cluster services, including tracking cluster submissions for digital requests in non-production environments and handling acknowledgment certificates.
- Data Inventory Review : Conduct annual and ad-hoc reviews with the Data Protection Officer (DPO) regarding data inventory, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Internal Regular Updates : Provide regular updates to management, on the status of initiatives and projects and escalate issues for resolution in a timely manner.
- Cost Recovery Analysis & Utilisation : Analyse existing cluster cost recovery, including base and variable costs associated with clusters and HH, and propose billing improvements.
- Tracking budget vs actual utilisation of cost on a regular basis, work with finance business partner regularly to get the data reporting updated or for any adjustment / reclass if needed
- Prepare and present the required materials for relevant forums update (eg. management meetings, etc)
- Post Implementation Review (PIR) : Conduct Post Implementation Reviews (PIR), ensuring that all APIs function as intended post-deployment.
REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.Must have at least 7 years of IT Business Analyst work experience.Demonstrated experience in supporting PMs in managing and delivering systems in complex information exchange environments (in the health care industry would be an advantage).Strong communication, consultation, negotiation and advocacy skills and a proven ability to establish and cultivate relationships with a variety of key stakeholders.Experience in UAT, API management, and data analysis.Must be numerically comfortable and skilled in Excel, with a keen attention to detail.Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd
