Roles & Responsibilities

Working Location : Islandwide

Job Description :

• Work directly with HR for the stores recruitment
• Conduct training and orientation
• Build and promote leaders and team members
• Assist with the creation KPIs and revenue targets, and drive performance to achieve KPIs
• Visit outlets weekly through scheduled visits and detailed analysis
• Ensure quality and health and safety measures are adhered
• Communicate new product and process with your team to ensure success; ensure all units are supported with training and follow up regularly as required
• Work directly with Senior Management and ensure collaboration and drive performance
