Roles & Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities for Assistant Cook :
1. Must have knowledge of Bangladeshi food preparation and food menus
2. Must be familiar with Bangladeshi language to interact with customers.
3. Responsible to handle entire kitchen operations.
4. Must be Flexible with work timing and schedule and should not have any concern with working overtime.
5. Must be able to work on fast hands for the preparation of multiples food packets for catering purpose in shorter tie period.
6. Responsible to set the weekly menu for the restaurant
7. Responsible to keep track of the available inventory and order in time beforehand
8. Responsible to handle below staff and enhance their skills.
9. Responsible for proper hygiene in and around the kitchen area
10. Responsible to handle the entire cooking operations and take care of order delivery time and quick & accurate response to the orders
Requirements :
1. Having Knowledge minimum 7-8 years in Bangladeshi restaurant.
2. Must be able to work on shift basis. (9 : 30am to 1 : 30pm and 8 : 00pm to 12 : 00pm)
3. Ready for work Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holiday (Alternatively off another day).
4. Prefer having knowledge for cooking KACCHI BIRYANI, KICHURI, SHUTKI BORTA and other familier food for Bangladeshi customers.
